What are my shipping options?
At ProtoGolf we offer shipping via the United States Postal Service. Typically, standard shipments under 13 oz will arrive 3-5 days after leaving our warehouse. All shipments over 13 oz are estimated to arrive within 2-9 days from shipment from our warehouse. We offer Priority Mail delivery which will arrive 2-3 day after shipment. Also we offer Express Mail service. This service is deemed "Next Day" to most areas, with a 2nd Day guarantee by the USPS.

Where can I find information on international shipping?
International shipments are shipped via the United States Postal Service. The standard shipping method for International orders is via USPS First Class International. This method is estimated by the USPS to arrive within 7-14 days. This service does not included tracking. The most efficient International services offered by the USPS are Priority Mail International and Express Mail International. Priority Mail is estimated at 6-10 days, while Express Mail is estimated at 3-7 days. Both services offer tracking. Rates are based on size and weight.
Why has my order been delayed?
Typically all orders ship within 24 hours. If your order has encountered a delay, it may be a result of one of the following:
- Backorder- The item is temporarily out of stock and is en route to our warehouse for shipment.
- Drop Ship- The item is being shipped directly from the manufacturer in order to expedite the process. Drop Ship orders typically arrive within 7-10 days.
- Specification- If your order requires the submittal of a specific size or color, please be sure that the specifics have been confirmed by our staff. The order will be delayed if the color or size is not confirmed.
- If you are specifying expedited shipping requests over the weekend, please note that an order placed over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday morning.

Where is my order being shipped from?
The majority of orders are processed and shipped from our main distribution center in Lake Park, Florida. However, some orders are drop shipped from manufacturers across the United States.
Can I use my own FedEx or UPS account to ship my order?
ProtoGolf customers can use their own FedEx accounts for shipping their order. To use your FedEx account to ship your order, please contact ProtoGolf customer service for assistance (sales@protogolf.com).
Is a shipment to Guam and Puerto Rico considered an international order?
No. Orders shipping to Guam and Puerto Rico are considered domestic orders and are therefore charged domestic order rates.
Can all orders be shipped internationally?
Nearly all items we offer can be shipped internationally. If you have specific questions, please contact a sales representative at (sales@protogolf.com) or 877-301-PUTT.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
ProtoGolf will exchange or refund merchandise purchased through our website, within 15 days of product receipt, accompanied by the original sales receipt and the item in new, unused condition.
How do I return merchandise?
Products may be returned to our ProtoGolf Distribution center in Lake Park, FL. If you choose to return your order via postal mail we encourage you to re-use your original shipping carton. Please note the reason for your return and enclose the packing slip in the shipping carton. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a separate piece of paper containing your printed name and address, the order number and email address, and the reason for the return or exchange. Please make sure to wrap the package securely and send it to the following address:
